Date: Saturday, August 9th, 2008
Time: 5K Run begins at 8 a.m.
Location: Adel, Iowa. The race starts at Adel-Desoto-Minburn High School, winds through
the streets and city park of Adel, and hits the bike trail before finishing at the Adel Middle
School. For those looking to run a fast time, the course is relatively flat and, with the crowd
awaiting you at the finish, it is a perfect setting for a personal record.

received by August 4 are guaranteed t-shirts at packet pickup. Please do not mail after August 4.
Those entering the race at packet pickup will receive t-shirts following the race, while supplies last.
Fees:
- $15 before August 4, 2008.
- $20 after August 4. No refunds.
- $25 for day-of-event entry on August 9.
Packet Pickup: Friday, August 8 at Northwest Bank, corner of University and West Lakes Parkway in
West Des Moines 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday, August 11 at the Race Site 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Commemorative T-Shirt: Each entrant will receive a 2007 Sweet Corn Festival 5K t-shirt.
